It's one thing or another

That is an alternator. It went out on the car yesterday and we are trying our best to get it fixed today. $110 just for that hunk of metal. Not including the core charge, plus mechanics fee. Why don't we just put it on ourselves you say? Because we own the most ignorantly built car on the planet. Everything is a pain to get to and we just don't have the time or experience to mess with it. So we're jumping through hoops to get some cash so we can get it fixed. What doesn't kill us will only make us stronger.
