It was a wonderful 61 degree day here today and so we decided to take a walk in Beall Woods a state park just 20 miles away from home. It was so refreshing to be out there in the woods letting the kids explore as Ray 'helped' (aka drug) me through the trails. Thankfully I made it through!

About halfway through our walk Makenzie decided she was going to be our tour guide. She obviously paid very good attention to our guide at the caves in KY last weekend because she had us stop so she could 'explain' every leaf and every tree. We definately have a leader on our hands! Blake was more than happy to oblige and hear her out for a minute or so before walking ahead and exploring some more, which you can imagine did not make her very happy. She was the leader by golly!
