It is a good day

I don't know why, but today i have a very positive outlook on life. Almost like nothing can pull me down today. I'm tired and i know i have alot to do this evening, but still very positive. Weird huh? LOL

Last night we helped Tina get settled into her apartment. The only things left to move are her clothes from the closet and a few odds and ends. She stayed there for the first time last night, i hope it went well. Today is her due date! I want to take a picture of her this evening so that i can scrap a page of her due date.

I did another page yesterday for Blake's baby book. Here's a few of them...

I can't wait to get this book done and printed!

Workin Woman

Yesterday was my first day fulltime at work. It went pretty well. I worked all day and still had time in the evening to help my sister move some, cook & eat dinner, pickup the house, do dishes, and even digiscrap a page for blake's baby book! And all that aside from taking care of the kids. Mom's rock! LOL

Speaking of Blake's baby book, i am finally started on it. The poor kid is 3 years old, i have been scrapping since he was 6 months, and still no baby book. Well thanks to The Digi Chick i'm getting it done. Fee Jardine is doing the Darling Babes workshop in which we will get a few pages of a baby book done each week. She is providing us with sketches and a special kit to work with. Right now we're doing a boy book, and next will be one for the girls. I'm soooo excited to get these done!!!

Tina went for another non-stress test yesterday. The baby's heartrate was all over the place. After they had her lay on her side it seemed to even out, so she is to take it easy for the next week and go back next Tuesday when they will probably induce her. Which means the rest of us get to move her into her apartment which she just signed the lease on yesterday. Joy, joy! LOL

Memorial Day

On Friday Makenzie had her eye appointment. Turns out she has an astigmatism and will have to have glasses. She picked out some very cute pink ones and will have them in about a month. I think she's excited about getting them.

We had such a great weekend! On Saturday we slept in (even w/ the baby!) until around 11 then got ready and went to Glenda's house (ray's sister) for a cookout. I had my very first shiskabob there and it was SOOO good! After we left there we went to ray's dads and sat and talked for hours. It was so nice to just visit with family.

Saturday night was awful, Olivia was all stuffed up and couldn't breathe so we didn't sleep very well at all. So Sunday morning mom took the kids to church for me and ray and i decided to go to Mt. Vernon to look at trailors. Yeah, we drove all the way there and all the trailor places were closed. I figured they would be, but we had a good time out by ourselves so who cares right? LOL

We did nothing yesterday but lounge around the house which was cool. We never do that. And today it's back to the old grindstone. I am officially working full-time again, got a new babysitter for the kids, and we're going to be putting a bid in on some land this week. Exciting changes i suppose :)
